Here I go again

Another month, and another design. Well, not quite, but it feels like that sometimes. Everytime I redesign evilstreak I tell myself that this time it'll be different, this time I won't just discard it on the heap like some used wrapper. And this time it's true. I swear.

So what's new?

I finally have an idea of what I'm looking for in what is quite frankly a vanity site. A few photos, some links to my buddies, and somewhere to showcase my crazy experiments which seem to happen when I'm bored (the colour picker being a perfect example of a useless but fun toy).

Will it work?

Will I manage to keep it going this time time in a way I never managed before? Maybe. Will I make a concerted effort this time? Probably not. Will I have fun playing around? Definitely. So there it is, I'll try to keep things going, but only whilst I'm enjoying it.

Update: It didn't work

Is anyone really surprised? I'm certainly not. Doing all the code and design for a personal site, when you don't really have anything to put on it or any sense of who you want to read it, doesn't really work for me. Lack of motivation and whatnot.

Maybe I'll make the next generation of my site closer to Chris's site; a minimalist affair, more fitting to what I put into it. I still have those crazy bits of code that are worth having around, and there's some interest from search engines for the two recipes. Who knows, it might even happen soon. Hah!
